The team building of Baoquan Station is felt
After participating in the 2025 team building activities held by the company in Baoquan, my heart was full of emotion. The beautiful scenery of Baoquan is intoxicating, and the team building activities are even more meaningful.
In the outreach project, we worked together to complete many seemingly difficult challenges. Through the “Cliff Swing” project, everyone fully communicated, divided labor reasonably, and deeply experienced the power of teamwork. Colleagues who used to communicate little at work are now closely connected by common goals, and the distance between them is instantly shortened.
This team building made me understand that a good team is inseparable from the mutual support and cooperation between members. In the face of difficult problems, collective wisdom far exceeds individuals. It not only strengthened team cohesion, but also gave me a new understanding of my colleagues and gained deep friendships.
When I return to work, I will apply the team spirit in team building to daily affairs, actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, contribute more to the development of the company, and look forward to participating in more exciting team building activities in the future.
