Inside the crates, the anchor bolts are sorted by diameter and length, then stacked in layers separated by high-quality wooden blocks and secured tightly with strapping bands to prevent mutual collision—and consequent thread damage or coating scratches—during transit. Furthermore, all products are first treated with rust-preventive oil, then wrapped in VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper, and finally packed with high-efficiency desiccant distributed evenly throughout the crate interior. All six sides of the outer cartons feature clear markings, providing bilingual (Chinese and Korean) details regarding product specifications, materials, quantities, batch numbers, and your company's designated shipping marks. This ensures rapid identification, accurate inventory counting, and efficient warehousing upon arrival at the destination port.

The cargo has been loaded into a high-standard 40-foot container and entrusted to a shipping carrier with extensive experience operating routes between China and Korea. The shipment is scheduled to arrive at either the Port of Busan or the Port of Incheon in Korea. Leveraging established, high-frequency scheduled liner services between China and Korea, the estimated total transit time is approximately 7–10 days. The container number, vessel name, voyage number, Bill of Lading number, and a link for real-time vessel tracking have been sent to you via a dedicated email. Your company can monitor the cargo's location at any time, allowing you to make advance arrangements for customs clearance, container pickup, and inland transportation.
IV. Customs Clearance Support — Comprehensive Documentation, Smooth Clearance
To ensure the efficient entry of the cargo into the Korean market, we have prepared a complete set of customs clearance documents: a detailed commercial invoice, a precise packing list (itemizing the contents of each carton), a Certificate of Origin, product quality inspection reports (including chemical composition and mechanical properties), a hot-dip galvanizing inspection certificate, and the Bill of Lading. Hard copies of these documents have been shipped alongside the cargo, while electronic scanned copies were sent to your company's designated email address in advance. This ensures a seamless transition upon the container's arrival at the port, facilitating the rapid completion of import customs clearance and inspections.
