10.9S large hexagon bolts are the core components of high-strength friction-type connections. They are composed of bolts, nuts, and double washers (standard GB/T 1228). The tensile strength reaches 1000MPa and the yield strength is 900MPa. Its surface treatment adopts Dacromet or multi-alloy co-penetration technology, and the salt spray test exceeds 1000 hours. It is suitable for extreme environments such as oceans and high temperatures.

Material: 20MnTiB, 35VB alloy steel, quenched + tempered, hardness HRC35-45.
Characteristics:
Ultra-high strength: Meets the seismic design requirements of steel structures, and can withstand extreme loads such as bridges and high-rise buildings;
Friction transmission: Preload is used to generate friction resistance between the connecting plates to avoid slippage, and the safety is better than that of pressure-bearing connections;

Installation:
Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the torque coefficient of 0.11-0.15, and the initial tightening torque is 50% of the final tightening torque;
Use special washers (GB/T 1230) to ensure that the preload is evenly distributed.
Maintenance:
Check the torque attenuation of the bolt pair regularly, and consider the influence of thermal expansion and contraction in areas with large temperature differences;
The damaged parts of the Dacromet coating can be repaired with chromium-free zinc-aluminum paint.

Electrogalvanized expansion bolts

Black zinc plated countersunk cross bolts
The head of the countersunk cross bolt is conical and can be completely embedded in the surface of the connected parts to maintain a smooth appearance (standard GB/T 68). Common materials are carbon steel, stainless steel or engineering plastics (such as nylon 66), with galvanized or natural color treatment on the surface.
Hexagon socket electrogalvanized bolts
The hexagon socket bolt head has a hexagon socket hole and needs to be tightened with a hexagon socket wrench (standard GB/T 70.1). Common materials are 35CrMo or 42CrMo, and the surface treatment is divided into three types: electrogalvanized, color zinc-plated, and black zinc-plated.
Basket bolts
The basket bolt consists of an adjustment rod and a nut with left and right thread, which is used to tighten the wire rope or adjust the tension (standard JB/T 5832). Common materials: Q235 or stainless steel, with galvanized or blackened surface.
Umbrella handle anchor (J-type anchor bolt/umbrella handle embedded bolt)
The umbrella handle anchor is named because the end of the bolt is a J-shaped hook (similar to the umbrella handle). It consists of a threaded rod and a J-shaped hook. The hook part is completely embedded in the concrete to provide pull-out resistance.
Welded plate anchor (welded plate anchor bolt)
The welded plate anchor consists of a threaded rod, a welded pad and a stiffening rib. The pad is fixed with bolts by welding to form an integrated structure of “bolt + pad”. The pad increases the contact area with the concrete, disperses the load and improves stability.
Electrogalvanized chemical bolts
Chemical bolts fix the screw in a substrate such as concrete through a chemical anchoring agent, and are composed of a screw, a hose, and a washer (standard GB 50367). Common materials are galvanized steel or stainless steel, and the anchoring depth is ≥8d (d is the bolt diameter).
Electroplated galvanized gaskets
Electroplated galvanized gaskets are gaskets that deposit a zinc layer on the surface of carbon steel or alloy steel through an electrolytic process. The thickness of the zinc layer is usually 5-15μm. Its surface is silvery white or bluish white, and it has both anti-corrosion and decorative functions. It is one of the most commonly used surface treatment methods in the industrial field.
