We would like to inform you of the latest logistical progress: the high-strength boxed anchor bolts (including matching nuts and washers) ordered by your company have arrived safely and intact at Tianjin Port, China today, and the port handover and warehousing procedures have been completed. This signifies that the key transit link in this export shipment has been successfully completed, and the goods are progressing steadily according to plan, soon embarking on their journey to South Korea.
The following is the current status and subsequent arrangements for this shipment. Please be aware of the following:

I. Current Status of Goods – Arrived at Tianjin Port, in good condition
All anchor bolts were packaged in export-grade reinforced wooden crates, which remained undamaged and dry during transport and unloading, with intact seals. Preliminary inspection by port staff confirmed that the products inside the crates were adequately protected, with no signs of tilting or impact. All goods are currently neatly stacked in the port-supervised warehouse of our partner logistics provider, awaiting export customs clearance and loading.

II. Product Review – Precision Manufacturing, Reliable Quality
In reviewing this order, all anchor bolts were manufactured strictly in accordance with KS or ISO standards. The base material is high-quality alloy steel (such as SWRCH35K and 40Cr), precision thread rolling and tempering heat treatment, with clearly defined mechanical property grades (5.6 and 8.8), possessing excellent tensile strength and shear resistance. The surface treatment uses hot-dip galvanizing, resulting in a uniform coating and excellent salt spray resistance, capable of withstanding the coastal and industrial environments of South Korea. Each box of products is accompanied by a detailed label in both Chinese and Korean, indicating specifications, quantity, batch number, and your company's markings, facilitating subsequent inventory and warehousing.

III. Follow-up Logistics Plan – Efficient Connection and Rapid Shipment
Export customs declaration: Our customs declaration team has prepared a complete set of customs declaration documents in advance (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material report, galvanizing certificate, etc.) and will formally declare to customs tomorrow. It is expected that the release will be completed within 1-2 working days.
Shipping Arrangements: We have booked space from Tianjin Port to Busan/Incheon Port in South Korea for the near future. The vessel name and voyage number will be provided upon final confirmation. Leveraging the well-established China-South Korea shipping route in the Bohai Rim region, the vessel is expected to arrive at major South Korean ports within 20-24 hours after departure.
Estimated arrival time: If customs clearance and loading proceed smoothly, the goods are expected to arrive at the port of destination in South Korea on August 1st . We will update you with the specific shipping schedule and estimated arrival date via email along with the bill of lading.

IV. File and Information Synchronization – Transparent and Traceable
Container number, seal number, and warehouse storage location information have been entered into our logistics system. You can contact your dedicated account manager at any time to inquire.
Once loading is complete, we will send you a copy of the ocean bill of lading (or telex release bill of lading), a notification of loading, and the estimated arrival time as soon as possible.
All original documents required for customs clearance will be sent via international express or telex released with the ship, according to your instructions, to ensure that your company can seamlessly connect and efficiently pick up the goods after they arrive at the port.
