Performance: Compared with electroplated zinc expansion bolts, color zinc-plated products have stronger corrosion resistance in humid, industrial pollution and other environments, and more beautiful appearance, suitable for outdoor or projects with high appearance requirements.
Application: Commonly used in harsh environments such as bridges, tunnels, and marine engineering, as well as exposed fixings in building decoration, such as protective windows and awnings.

Selection suggestions:
Environmental factors: Colored zinc plating or black zinc plating is preferred in humid or industrial environments; electrogalvanizing can be selected in dry indoor environments.
Load requirements: For high-load scenarios, it is necessary to select expansion bolts of appropriate grades (such as 8.8 or above) according to the specification table, and pay attention to the impact of the galvanizing process on mechanical properties (such as hot-dip galvanizing may cause a decrease in tensile strength of about 5-10%).

Welding nut (welding nut)
Welding nut is a nut fixed to the workpiece by welding. Common types include projection welding nut (DIN929) and spot welding nut (DIN2527). Its structure includes threaded section and welding base. The welding base has a boss or plane to enhance the welding strength.
Welded plate anchor (welded plate anchor bolt)
The welded plate anchor consists of a threaded rod, a welded pad and a stiffening rib. The pad is fixed with bolts by welding to form an integrated structure of “bolt + pad”. The pad increases the contact area with the concrete, disperses the load and improves stability.
High-strength blackened gasket
High-strength blackened gasket is a gasket that forms a black Fe₃O₄ oxide film on the surface of alloy steel through chemical oxidation (blackening treatment), with a film thickness of about 0.5-1.5μm. Its base material is usually 65 manganese steel or 42CrMo alloy steel, and after quenching + tempering treatment, the hardness can reach HRC35-45.
Electrogalvanized cross countersunk drill thread
The head is a cross-groove countersunk design, which can be hidden in the installation surface to keep the surface flat. The drill bit diameter matches the thread diameter (such as ST4.2 drill bit diameter 4.2mm), which complies with GB/T 15856.1-2002 standard.
Electrogalvanized pins
GB/T 882-2008 “Pin” standard, nominal diameter 3-100mm, materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, etc., electrogalvanized layer thickness 5-12μm, in line with c1B or c1A post-treatment requirements.
Electroplated zinc flange bolts
The head of the flange bolt has a round flange to increase the contact area and disperse the pressure (standard GB/T 5787, GB/T 5789). Common specifications M6-M30, material Q235 or 35CrMo, surface galvanized or blackened.
Black zinc-plated hexagonal drill tail wire
Through the black passivation liquid treatment containing silver salt (c2D), a 10-15μm coating is formed, and the salt spray test is more than 96 hours. Environmentally friendly black zinc plating uses trivalent chromium passivation, does not contain hexavalent chromium, and complies with RoHS standards.
Electroplated galvanized flange nut (flange face nut)
Electroplated galvanized flange nut is a special nut with a circular flange added to one end of the hexagonal nut. The flange increases the contact area with the connected parts, disperses the pressure and enhances the shear resistance. Its structure includes threaded section, flange and galvanized layer. Some models have anti-slip teeth on the surface of the flange (such as DIN6923 standard).
Basket bolts
The basket bolt consists of an adjustment rod and a nut with left and right thread, which is used to tighten the wire rope or adjust the tension (standard JB/T 5832). Common materials: Q235 or stainless steel, with galvanized or blackened surface.
Hexagon socket electrogalvanized bolts
The hexagon socket bolt head has a hexagon socket hole and needs to be tightened with a hexagon socket wrench (standard GB/T 70.1). Common materials are 35CrMo or 42CrMo, and the surface treatment is divided into three types: electrogalvanized, color zinc-plated, and black zinc-plated.
Umbrella handle anchor (J-type anchor bolt/umbrella handle embedded bolt)
The umbrella handle anchor is named because the end of the bolt is a J-shaped hook (similar to the umbrella handle). It consists of a threaded rod and a J-shaped hook. The hook part is completely embedded in the concrete to provide pull-out resistance.
