The friendship between China and Pakistan is as deep as the sea, and industrial cooperation has opened a new chapter. Recently, Handan Zitai Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of Pakistani friends. The two sides used fasteners as a link to start a cooperative journey that integrates technical exchanges and cultural exchanges.

The delegation's first stop was to visit the intelligent production base. In the fully automatic cold heading workshop, Pakistani friends witnessed the entire forming process of high-strength bolts with a diameter of 8-30mm: the multi-station cold heading machine completed the precision processing of 120 products every 90 seconds, and the heat treatment production line controlled the product hardness error within ±2HRC through the intelligent temperature control system. When seeing the company's independently developed "thread detection robot" complete the quality screening with an accuracy of 0.01mm, Khalid Mahmood, Chairman of the Punjab Federation of Industries, sincerely praised: "The manufacturing accuracy of Chinese fasteners has redefined our understanding of 'fastening'."

In the product exhibition center, star products such as high-strength nuts for wind power and high-speed rail track bolts are displayed in turn. The technical director demonstrated the "10.9-grade bolt tensile test" on site. When the hydraulic testing machine showed that the breaking load reached 158kN, the delegation members came forward to touch the broken section and feel the tough texture of the metal material. In response to the needs of the Pakistani infrastructure market, the two sides focused on discussing the weather resistance optimization plan for hot-dip galvanized bolts. The R&D team immediately called up the corrosion test data in the desert environment and used the 3000-hour salt spray test report to dispel the cooperation doubts.

At the symposium, the company's general manager explained the "Belt and Road" cooperation case in detail: 12,000 sets of customized fasteners have been supplied to the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan, and they have passed the international nuclear safety certification with their - 40℃ low-temperature impact performance. Mr. Mahmood brought the purchase list of the largest local builder. The two sides signed a letter of intent for 2 million sets of steel structure bolts on site and agreed to start the preparation work for the Pakistan Technical Service Center next month.

The cultural exchange session at noon was unique: when Pakistani friends tasted Yongnian crispy fish, the production workshop master demonstrated the creative plating of "bolt-fastened fish skeleton", using the product characteristics to interpret the balance of "color, fragrance, taste and shape" of Chinese food. Before leaving, the delegation presented a hand-painted copper plate of Pakistani castle, and the company gave back a commemorative bolt engraved with Urdu "fasten friendship" - this handmade work that combines Chinese cold heading technology with Pakistani patterns has become a vivid witness of China-Pakistan industrial cooperation.

This visit laid the foundation for Zitai Fasteners to expand into the South Asian market.
