The R&D team and the production team formed a "pioneer company" to support each other in dangerous sections such as "Jiabianshi" and "Yiliantian", breaking through the physical limits with the belief of "no one can be left behind". When all members climbed to the main peak Dingqi Mountain at an altitude of 708.5 meters, overlooking the mountains of Taihang, they recited the "Tighteners' Declaration" in unison, turning the passion of "climbing to the top" into a driving force for innovation. On the way down the mountain, the sales team and the administrative team carried out the "Cliff Water Collection" Challenge, completing the water source collection task through rope collaboration, and comprehending the market survival law of "resource integration and efficient execution" in the simulated desperate situation.

2. Team building: the way of cooperation among the five dragons

Under the thousand-year-old pine trees of Lingfeng Zen Temple, the team carried out group collaboration based on the prototype of "five dragons": the Qinglong group (technical department) challenged the "unbreakable forest" and interpreted "precise coordination" through the synchronous movement of 12 trekking poles; the Chilong group (sales department) participated in the "extreme 60 seconds" to crack the code of natural elements within a limited time and interpret the market sense of "quick response"; the Huanglong group (production department) conducted "human spelling" and used the body to build the company's LOGO to highlight the core value of "structural support". In the exploration of the Five Dragon Cave, each group became a "fastening engineer" and completed the dual tests of "spatial collaboration" and "quality control" by crawling through narrow caves and delivering simulated parts.

3. Spiritual sublimation: Root-seeking of the Five Dragon Culture

In front of the thousand-year-old cliff carvings of Foye Cave, the team listened to the ancient legend of "Five Dragons Towning Famous Beasts" and integrated the spiritual core of "guarding one side" into the corporate mission. At the closing ceremony, each group reviewed their gains through the "smart factory sandbox": the technical team proposed the solution of "optimizing product structure with natural mechanics", and the production team extracted the experience of "process control as stable as rock". The company's management announced the establishment of the "Wulong Innovation Fund" to incorporate the 15 golden ideas emerging from the team building into the annual technical transformation plan. Next to the Wulong Holy Spring in the twilight, all employees held fluorescent light signs that read "Fix the Future" and shouted out the corporate declaration of "Ingenuity tightens the world, unity creates glory" against the backdrop of the Wulong Legend light show.
