Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the torque coefficient of 0.11-0.15, and the initial tightening torque is 50% of the final tightening torque;
Use special washers (GB/T 1230) to ensure that the preload is evenly distributed.
Maintenance:
Check the torque attenuation of the bolt pair regularly, and consider the influence of thermal expansion and contraction in areas with large temperature differences;
The damaged parts of the Dacromet coating can be repaired with chromium-free zinc-aluminum paint.
For high temperature environments (>300℃), choose multi-element alloy co-penetration treatment, and for low temperature environments, choose Dacromet process;
