Electroplated galvanized gaskets
Electroplated galvanized gaskets are gaskets that deposit a zinc layer on the surface of carbon steel or alloy steel through an electrolytic process. The thickness of the zinc layer is usually 5-15μm. Its surface is silvery white or bluish white, and it has both anti-corrosion and decorative functions. It is one of the most commonly used surface treatment methods in the industrial field.
Electroplated galvanized flange nut (flange face nut)
Electroplated galvanized flange nut is a special nut with a circular flange added to one end of the hexagonal nut. The flange increases the contact area with the connected parts, disperses the pressure and enhances the shear resistance. Its structure includes threaded section, flange and galvanized layer. Some models have anti-slip teeth on the surface of the flange (such as DIN6923 standard).
Colored zinc-plated expansion bolts
The color zinc passivation process (c2C) is adopted, the coating thickness is 8-15μm, and the corrosion resistance of the salt spray test is more than 72 hours, which has both anti-corrosion and decorative functions.
Hot-dip galvanized chemical bolts
Chemical bolts fix the screw in a substrate such as concrete through a chemical anchoring agent, and are composed of a screw, a hose, and a washer (standard GB 50367). Common materials are galvanized steel or stainless steel, and the anchoring depth is ≥8d (d is the bolt diameter).
Welded plate anchor (welded plate anchor bolt)
The welded plate anchor consists of a threaded rod, a welded pad and a stiffening rib. The pad is fixed with bolts by welding to form an integrated structure of “bolt + pad”. The pad increases the contact area with the concrete, disperses the load and improves stability.
Electrogalvanized expansion bolts
It consists of countersunk bolts, expansion tubes, flat washers, spring washers and hexagonal nuts. The material is mostly carbon steel (such as Q235), and the thickness of the electrogalvanized layer is 5-12μm, which meets ISO 1461 or GB/T 13912-2002 standards.
Welding nails
Welding studs are cylindrical head welding studs fixed to the parent material by arc stud welding (standard GB/T 10433), made of SWRCH15A or ML15, with tensile strength ≥400MPa and yield strength ≥320MPa.
Stud bolts
Stud bolts have threads at both ends and a bare rod in the middle, which is used to connect thick plates or penetrate installation (standard GB/T 901). Common materials are 45# steel or 40Cr, with galvanized or blackened surface.
Colored zinc-plated cross countersunk drill thread
The thickness of the color zinc passivation film is 8-15μm, the salt spray test is more than 72 hours, and the appearance is rainbow-colored. When trivalent chromium passivation is used, the environmental protection performance is excellent.
Colored zinc-plated expansion hook
Rainbow chromate passivation (c2C) is performed on the basis of electrogalvanizing to form a colored passivation film with a thickness of about 8-15μm. The salt spray test can last for more than 72 hours without white rust.
Welding nut (welding nut)
Welding nut is a nut fixed to the workpiece by welding. Common types include projection welding nut (DIN929) and spot welding nut (DIN2527). Its structure includes threaded section and welding base. The welding base has a boss or plane to enhance the welding strength.
U-bolts
U-bolts are U-shaped with threads at both ends, and are used to fix cylindrical objects such as pipes and plates (standard JB/ZQ 4321). Common specifications are M6-M64, made of carbon steel or stainless steel, with galvanized or blackened surface.

Rainbow chromate passivation (c2C) on the basis of electrogalvanizing, coating thickness 8-15μm, salt spray test for more than 72 hours. When using trivalent chromium passivation process, it complies with RoHS environmental protection directive, and the hexavalent chromium content is ≤1000ppm.
