Material: Q235 carbon steel (conventional), 45# steel (high strength), surface electroplated zinc (thickness 5-15μm), salt spray test 24-72 hours without white rust, special sealing process can be extended to more than 200 hours.

Installation:
Clean the surface of the connected parts to ensure that the flange fits the contact surface;
Tighten with a torque wrench according to the torque standard (such as 8.8 grade bolts refer to ISO 898-2) to avoid over-tightening and damage to the coating.
Maintenance: Check the flange edge regularly for deformation, and reapply zinc-rich paint to damaged galvanized layers.
Choose materials based on load: Q235 is suitable for static loads, and 45# steel is suitable for vibration environments;
For high corrosion scenarios, thickened galvanized layers (12-15μm) or hot-dip galvanizing processes are preferred.
