Material: 20MnTiB alloy steel, tensile strength ≥1040MPa, yield strength ≥940MPa.
Characteristics:
Self-check function: The twisting off of the plum head indicates that the specified preload has been reached, and no additional testing is required;
Seismic performance: The preload is highly stable and suitable for equipment foundations with frequent vibrations;
Efficient installation: The electric wrench completes the tightening in one go, and the efficiency is twice that of large hexagonal bolts.
Functions:
Fix steel components (such as H-shaped steel beams and columns) to prevent slippage;
Can replace welding and reduce on-site hot work.

Installation:
Use a special shear wrench to ensure that the torque of the plum head meets the standard (such as the final tightening torque of M20 bolts is 445N・m);
The bolt length needs to reserve 3-5 threads to avoid the plum head not being twisted off.
Maintenance:
It is forbidden to reuse the broken bolts, and the bolt pair needs to be replaced as a whole;
When exposed to a humid environment for a long time, it is recommended to apply an anti-corrosion coating.
Select the wrench model according to the bolt diameter (such as M16-M30 corresponds to different specifications of wrenches);
