Characteristics:
High connection strength: metallurgical bonding with the parent material after welding, excellent shear resistance;
Efficient construction: single nail welding time only takes 0.8-1.2 seconds, suitable for batch operation;
High temperature resistance: stainless steel welding studs can work stably below 200℃.
Functions:

Installation:
Use an arc stud welder with a ceramic seat ring to concentrate arc heat;
The welding current is adjusted according to the stud diameter (e.g., the current of M16 studs is 1200-1500A).
Maintenance:
Check the fullness of the weld, and repair welding is required for unfused areas;
Stainless steel studs should avoid direct contact with carbon steel to prevent galvanic corrosion.
Select the stud length according to the thickness of the parent material (generally the plate thickness + 30mm);
Select heat-resistant stainless steel (such as 310S) for high temperature environments (>300℃).
